Disability ID Cards

To apply for an MBTA Disability ID Card, entitling you to discounts on MBTA Bus and Ready Ride Fares, Download and Print an Application (Adobe Acrobat Reader), Fill Out and Mail to the MBTA along with a copy of Proof of Disability (See Application).
